Shows that qbH is not limited to word order. Art 2 says its disorder of lafz, not kalima
باب ٥٥ هٰذَا بَاْبُ مُا يَكُوْنُ مَعْطُوْفًا فِيْ هٰذَا الْبَاْبِ عَلَى الْفَاْعِلِ الْمُضْمَرِ فِيْ النِّيَّةِ وَيَكُوْنُ مَعْطُوْفًا عَلَى الْمَفْعُوْلِ وَمَا يَكُوْنُ صِفَةَ الْمَرْفُوْعِ الْمُضْمَرِ فِيْ النِّيَّةِ وَيَكُوْنُ عَلَى الْمَفْعُوْلِ

Commentary

The core sense is aesthetic rather than moral. The lisaan says unambigously that qbH is about appearance: الْقُبْحُ ضِدُّ الْحُسْنِ يَكُوْنُ في الصُّوْرَةِ. Also lists a hadeeth وفي الحديث: لا تُقَبِّحُ الوجهَ معْناهُ لا تقولوا إنَّهُ قبيحٌ فإنَّ اللهُ مُصَوِّرُهُ وقد أحْسَنَ كُلَّ شيْءٍ خَلَقَهُ
